These terms explain how enquiries and journeys with Nature Walks Sri Lanka work. They are a starting point and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending the trip planner or the contact form is a request for information. It is not a booking and does not commit you or us to anything. We reply with a proposed plan and price; a journey is only confirmed once we have both agreed it in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted per journey, for the plan, dates and group size you agree with us.
Changes and cancellations
Journeys are private, so we can usually adjust the plan before and during your trip. Some changes may change the price; we will always tell you before anything is changed.
Wildlife and nature
Wildlife is wild. We plan each journey around the best places and seasons, but sightings of any species can never be guaranteed. National parks may close or change their rules at short notice, for example after heavy rain.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure you have a valid passport, any visa you need for Sri Lanka, and suitable travel insurance.
